Directions: Apply evenly to the top and bottom of your lips using thin, even layers. Start in the centre of the lips then work your way to the outer corners for best results. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to extreme heat or direct sunlight. If a negative reaction is caused, cease use immediately and seek medical care.

We accept returns for items purchased from jabbasmakeup.com and issue a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused, unopened items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) daysof receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days or that appear to be used will be eligible for store credit. 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us your order number along with a description and photo(s) of the damaged/incorrect item within seven (7) days of receipt. If we determine that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement of the same/correct item will be sent.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and not resold. 

NATIONAL SHIPPING Orders delivered within Australia that come to a total of $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders delivered within Australia which do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

EXPRESS SHIPPING Orders delivered within Australia that come to a total of $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders delivered within Australia which do not qualify for free shipping and have selected express shipping at checkout will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
